Bezuidenhout lies between the Haagse Bos and the city centre, within walking distance of Den Haag Centraal. It's a neighbourhood with many young families, first-time buyers and expats, with the Theresiastraat as its friendly shopping street. I deliver your Christmas tree in my own car, carry it inside and set it up straight in the stand.
Many Bezuidenhout residents don't have a car: everything is close by, after all. But you can't take a Christmas tree on the tram. Order before the cut-off and I'll deliver it the next day. Bezuidenhout is part of The Hague and therefore in zone 1.
Between the Haagse Bos and Centraal
In Bezuidenhout many people live in an apartment or an upstairs flat. The eastern part, towards the Haagse Bos, has larger family homes and walk-up flats; the western part, closer to the station, has more modern apartments with lifts. For an apartment, a 150–175 cm Nordmann or an artificial tree of approx. 180 cm is often ideal.
The Theresiastraat, with its bakers, butchers and specialty shops, has a warm, village-like feel in December. A walk through the Haagse Bos and then coming home to a lit Christmas tree: a great start to the holidays. I'll make sure the tree is already there.
