Order before 20:00 and I'll deliver your tree the next day within a wide time window (usually between 10:00 and 20:00). On the day itself I'll send you a WhatsApp or text with a more precise time. Want an exact hour? That's possible for dates at least 2 days after your order.

Yes. I carry the tree inside, even if you live upstairs, set it up straight in the stand and cut off the netting. If you don't have a stand yet, you can order one with your tree.

In The Hague (including Scheveningen, Loosduinen, Ypenburg and Leidschenveen), Rijswijk, Voorburg, Leidschendam, Wassenaar, Voorschoten, Katwijk aan Zee, Nootdorp, Pijnacker, Delft, Zoetermeer, Wateringen, Poeldijk, Monster, 's-Gravenzande, Hoek van Holland, Maasdijk and De Lier. The postcode check tells you right away whether your address is covered.

It depends on the zone. The Hague, Rijswijk and Voorburg are zone 1; the other towns are zone 2. You'll see the exact delivery fee on the Delivery area page and in your cart, before you order. There are never any hidden costs.

You can pay cash at the door, or by Tikkie or bank transfer. If you order a tree as a gift, you pay in advance so the recipient never has to pay anything.

A Nordmann fir is a real tree with soft needles that hardly drop, and it smells like Christmas. An artificial tree lasts for years and never sheds. I set up both for you; I assemble the artificial tree and fluff out the branches.

A handy rule of thumb: take your ceiling height, subtract about 30 centimetres for the stand and the topper, and you have the maximum tree height. With a 2.50 m ceiling, a 150–175 cm tree fits nicely.

Yes, if you choose that extra with your order. I'll collect your real tree in January and take it to be recycled.

Let me know straight away, ideally while I'm still there. If something is wrong with the tree, I'll replace it or refund you. Not happy? Money back.

Yes. You choose your own delivery date when ordering. Order before 15 November and you'll get the early-bird discount, even if the tree is delivered in December.
